Bob Perodeau
Principal and Team Leader
Bob brings 30+ years’ in executive recruiting to client companies nationwide in a variety of sectors with emphasis on nonprofits. Bob’s prior experience includes human resources roles in industries including higher education, cellular R&D, environmental consulting, international airline HQ, and technical training.
His international experience includes serving as Peace Corps Volunteer (Chuuk), and in the Middle East in educational and managerial roles for several years. He earned an M.S. in Industrial Relations from Loyola University, Chicago, as well as an A.B. from the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, Mass. Bob resides in New Jersey following 10 years in Chicago.
Mary Jane Wilkie
Senior Associate
Mary Jane has been recruiting and assessing executive candidates at Evergreen since the 1990s. Her forte is applicant development and interviewing, and with well over 10,000 hours spent interviewing nonprofit executives, she has facilitated the placement of hundreds of executives.
She is a Fulbright Scholar (South America) with advanced degrees in musicology and languages. Her prior employment was in education, sales and marketing (RR Donnelley, Xerox, EDS). She published Courageous Job-Hunting; how to be yourself while selling yourself (available from amazon). Following residence on the East Coast, she currently works from her home base in Paris, and enjoys participating in choral groups in several countries.
Anne Marie McKibbon
Senior Researcher and Editor
Anne Marie is in her 16th year with Evergreen and brings splendid abilities in research and applicant sourcing, as well as editorial and general administrative acumen. Her keen eye for detail, expert navigation of online resources and networks to mine, and discovery of excellent candidates are unsurpassed. Above all her generosity of spirit is indispensable to Evergreen’s success. Her prior work experience was in higher education administrative support. She earned a B.A. (Honors) in History from Huron College, Ontario. Her passions are travel, and wherever she calls home she finds a choir to join, particularly in the Baroque era. She currently resides in Calgary following wonderful years in Morristown, NJ and Chicago.
